Service Description

Personal training sessions are highly individualised and can involve general strength development, movement/postural analysis, sport-specific exercise programming and prescription, functional range conditioning, technique correction, conditioning and personalised/injury-specific prehab programming. Each program includes a scheduled follow-up check-in with our head coach/therapist for feedback/questions and recorded testing points to ensure the program works effectively and optimally for your needs/goals.
