Cancellation Policy
At The Prehab Lab, we value your time and our therapists’ time. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies: • Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows or cancellations within 4 hours of your appointment will be charged the full appointment fee. We understand that life happens, and we’re always happy to reschedule with appropriate notice. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
